Yeah, we've been doing the email mp3 thing in Manchester/Concord/Lakes
Region N.H. for over a year now.  Kind of a pain for stations that still
only have a 56k dial-up, but still an improvement over the old way (dub to
reel, have sales rep come and pick up).
