This is the best department i can find for my question.. I am a Radio DXer,
13 years old, living in Chicopee. Radio DXers spend hours listening to the
radio trying to receive stations from far away. Your station on campus,
WCCH, has been broadcasting nothing for more than 5 months. It has been
broadcasting dead air time, and inhibiting Springfield area DXers from being
able to do their hobby. It is illegal for a station to broadcast without
doing a legal station identification, and WCCH has not been IDing the
station for at least 5 months, a violation of FCC rules. We ask that you
turn off your transmitter immediately. Your station is inhibiting the
ability to DX on 103.5 FM frequency, and 103.3 and 103.7 are also partially
interfered with. We ask that you either use the antenna, or shut it off,
because it is interfering with the ability of our hobby.
