If the question is if WCBS-TV 2 back on the air ?

The answer is they did not leave the air when WTC was attacked.
WCBS-TV 2 had a backup facility on the Empire State Building and
switched over to remain on the air.  They have filed with the FCC to
make Empire their primary transmission site.
