Tony,

   I think you connected all the common threads (Officer 
Bill, Nick Mills and Tom Doyle) on that one.  
     So, was Nick YOUNG Jess' news anchor after MILLS?  
Nick Young made the BIG Leap to network which paved the 
way for Bob Parlante to slide into the newsbooth 
("...leaving traffic a mess in Cambridge. STOCKS!...")  
always loved the way he used "stocks" as a 
transitional.  
    and Nick Mills is a wordsmith of the highest order.  
his Officer Bill tribute and his annual Red Sox opening 
day odes are beyond compare.  plus, he's what we would 
call a "wicked nice guy."
