Cooper, It doesn't have to be that way.  It's a simple process to make any shift trackable at any time.  Just adding a few 
commands to the music schedule will do it.  Most stations operate this way, so last minute changes are never a problem.  Scott 
Customer Care can walk you through this, just call 888-726-8841 and tell them what you want to do.

Yeah, thre big thing that everyone down atKiss and 
over at the Bear and the Fox(what's with all the 
animals??) is that if someone can't make it or getsa 
sick during a shift you can always just go into the 
studio and voicetrack a shift. With scotts it has to 
be put into the log.
