Vt. Rt. 17

I drive from Bristol over to Montpelier via the mountain (17) quite a bit.
What's that configuration at the summit (near the "Long Trail" entrance?)
I've been meaning to ask that here.  Looks like a well-guarded site, if you
get my drift.

By the way, peak color from up there is unbelievable right now.
