I'm banking on CNN going with: "Really, really bad, bad, bad, bad
boys...."  Another CNNer could be "perpetrators" or even "nationals"
(couldn't resist) or how about "unfortunates" or "ethically challenged"
or "misguided rebels" or "those needing counsel."  If that's too harsh
for CNN, they may wish to just refer to the terrorists as "suspects" and
turn out the lights and go home.
