Oooh, 33 KW on channel 30 to serve the state of Maine with Fox 
programming!  I'm sure both people who receive this station over-the-air 
will be pleased.

This is good news for cable viewers, as they will at least get a local 
station for Fox instead of a generic feed of some sort.
