I remember a few IDs from the old days that weren't legal, at least under 
present rules (I don't know whether the rules have changed over the 
years.).

I once heard "WNAC-AM, WRKO-FM."

And WBZ at one time used to say, "WBZ-WBZA AM and FM, 
Westinghouse for Boston and Springfield."
