Yea, but single issue programming 5 days a week for months at time doesn't
make for very interesting radio. I have a feeling that in Jerry Williams'
case it led to falling ratings, which is why 'RKO wound up moving him to
weekend afternoon.

I am puzzled why someone of Jerry Williams' stature would fall into that
pattern of progamming.

Precisely what seems to be missing from talk radio - someone who's
risking it to drive the issues that those in office would prefer
voters _not_ discuss.
