I read the Plain Dealer story and from that I thought Conrad got the best of
both worlds. 

There are a lot of Mom and Pop operations now hitting retirement age and who
can not blame them for cashing in. It happened here 3 years when WLLH sold
out to a spanish outlet.

I don't see anything wrong with it at all.
