Doubtful. WBZ predates the Soldiers Field Road site by a few decades.

There was an earlier tower at 1170, the original TV tower, which Hurricane
Carol blew over in 1954. The current tower is not on the exact same spot,
but I'm fairly certain that it wasn't there before 1954, either - I've
seen pre-1954 pictures of the site, and I'm fairly certain that the (taller)
Channel 4 tower was the only one there.

And doesn't a long-wire antenna require at least two towers, one to hold
up each end? You could use some other structure to hold up the other end,
but nothing else on site is tall enough (and I've never heard of a long
wire that wasn't horizontal...).

I suspect the person or people who could answer this question for certain
is/are on vacation this week...
