Is Endicott College in a Swamp?

As many of you know, WNSH-AM 1570 in Beverly, MA 

moved its Heathkit(tm)-built Xmttr to Endicott

College in Beverly from its previous location high

atop South Hamilton's only skyscraper.  Today (06/18)

one day after torrential downpours in Eastern Mass,

WNSH seems to be off the air (or using very low 

power).  Is Endicott located in a wetland?

One station in the 15s IS in a wetland, WWZN 1510,

and it frequently disappears when the ground is

saturated.  Jess wond'rn.
