I don't think the current situation, poor as it is, can be blamed on any
specific group.
Obviously the folks that have the money have discovered where to spend
it effectively,
while the others either didn't focus enough to counter the pendulum or
didn't get the
word out to the public about what would REALLY happen. Now it'll be
twice as hard with
big companies controlling the airwaves.

It's too late to change what's done, but the certainly doesn't mean it
can't be undone,
if there is enough support, outcry, whatever. Unfortunately, it appears
that many people
more interested in turning away from radio rather than "fixing" it.
