IIRC the change had already happened by the fall of '91.  I thought that
the Gulf War (Jan '91) was the point where WBZ dropped daytime talk and
went all news.  When the war ended, the news stayed.  I'm not sure they
were still playing any music in 1991, thought that ended in the late 80s.
