I think just the opposite will occur - ASCAP, BMI and SESAC will be coming after
net-only radio for payments, and the RIAA will probably seek royalties from
terrestrial-only radio.  After all, if Clear Channel can extort payments from
the record companies for playing their music through their exclusive agreements
with "independent promoters" what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Then you will have your so-called "level playing field."
