Kind of doubt that. Strassell was recruited by Atlantic Ventures(later ARS)
to become the new PD for WBMX-FM(he was actually overseeing WROR's format
change in Feb '91). He lost his PD job at the now-defunct CHR 
WLOL-FM when Emmis sold it Minn. Public Radio ten years ago...
