PORT AUTHORITY TO ENHANCE CUSTOMERS' TRIPS BY 

PROVIDING ACCESS TO FM RADIO SERVICE IN LINCOLN AND
HOLLAND TUNNELS 


Commuters will no longer have to worry about losing
the familiar sounds of their favorite FM radio station
when traveling through the Port Authority's tunnels
between New York and New Jersey. Beginning Monday,
February 5, the bistate agency will activate a system
that will let travelers listen to FM radio while in
the Lincoln and Holland tunnels. Currently, travelers
can only access AM radio stations in the two tunnels.
