The following company: http//www.metrosonix.com sells subcarrier radios.
I recommend the Panasonic boombox.  It costs $65 but has the best quality
tuner.  The two electric portable radios are fixed-frequency.  The
cheapest they have is a pocket-sized tuneable FM/SCA set.  It costs $25.
