Non-compete clauses

NY Times news service wire has a story today from
Caifornia that a state appeals court found last month
in favor of a man who refused to sign a non-compete
after he started working at a toy manufacturer and
they fired him. The article suggests this could be a
significant setback for non-compete clauses. Sorry, I
don't have a web address for any public site that has
