Why couldn't it be under the "terms of the sale".

1.)  Marlin will make interest and and principle payment to...

2.)  Marlin assumes allliability for towers, property, etc.

3.)  Marlin will operate said station under a Classical format...


Why wouldn't #3 be as enforcable as #'s 1 & 2?
