why I don't trust ratings

I m looking at last weekends TV ratings for sporting events seen on Boston
area television -  each tenth of a point = 2200 homes ( 2,200,000 total)

Now I ask you do the following numbers make sense?

CELTICS-GOLDEN STATE   1.2  FSNE  Sun 9-11:30
BRUINS-NASHVILLE       1.1  NESN  Fri 8-11:00
LOWELL AHL HOCKEY      0.7  ATT3  Sun 4- 7:30

Plus Tucker Anthony golf is showing as a .5

Something is out of whack here as you can not tell me the Bruins are only
getting 8800 more homes than the Lowell Lock Monsters.

(and keep in mind ATT3 is not available everywhere)
