This is slightly tangential to the topic at hand, but it is worth noting that many family broadcasters were forced out of the business due to the expenses involved with converting to digital, but I haven't seen many non-commercial stations on the auction block. The public broadcasters had a secret weapon; they could hold Big Bird hostage and win a taxpayer-funded bailout. Take care, Chris
