As far as I know, Bloomberg is still on the radio here in NYC on 1130.

The only programming change was that instead of an automated station
running off a hard drive, Bloomberg has switched to a live format between
6 a.m. and 6 p.m.  

Overnights and weekends are still running off the hard drive.
