I noticed that too around 1 AM; usually it's the Travel Channel.
We'll see later in the day whether this is a permanent change or 
a split-time arrangement.  

M1 does a couple of those.  It puts up a Caribbean-entertainment channel
for part of the weekend: I think it's in place of "Game Show Network".   

WYDN-48 Worcester is O-O by Daystar Network, according to their website
http://www.daystar.tv .
