But still loses to WCSH in all time periods, including by 12 points at 6:00 
PM.  Ray Routhier, the Press Herald media reporter, always does a terrible 
job on ratings story.  He always focuses on changes in ratings and hypes any 
station making gains, even if that station is far back in the ratings.
