Apparently if you write an unauthorized biography of Howie Carr, give
it the title "Howie Carr" and plaster his picture on the cover, that's
legally unchallengeable.
But making an unauthorized web site about Howie Carr and calling it
howiecarr.com leaves you subject to a suit.
Go figure.
