Yes.  They own exactly one radio property -- the one under discussion.
What makes it more useful to them is the fact that they also own the
Empire Sports Network and the Buffalo Sabres.  Buying the station
gives them a gangbuster signal in most of the populated places where
the Sabres are followed, and lets them keep all of the advertising
revenue rather than sharing it with a separate radio operator.
