We leap to the defense of WCAP because WCAP is a locally-owned, family-owned 
station for close to 50 years;  and as we see it now, it appears that those 
"infractions" found by OSHA were partially (if not all) contrived/created by 
an employee.   
Even if WCAP were owned by a big corporation, we'd still likely leap to their 
defense (but admittedly without quite as much enthusiasm!).
