That is a safe bet because at the same time the T opened the new Wellington
Orange Line station to replace the former Everett Station.
WXKS caught lightning in a bottle with the KISS 108 disco format, and the
reality is a small FM station in Medford became the centerpiece of a radio
empire and we see the the results 20 years later.
