Absolutely it is.  WHDH, of course, also carried the Red Sox for many years.  
Furthermore, dial position, not call letters, is the most common entry used 
by diarykeepers these days.  In the case of WROR 105.7 there is a greater 
chance of someone writing down WKLB or WCLB or WVBF and meaning WROR because 
the frequency has remained the same, as has the Loren & Wally morning show.  
In another case, we have found practically no diarykeeper confusion between 
today's WROR 105.7 and the old WROR 98.5 because people follow the frequency.
