Having been a member of AFTRA for 13 years and having read my share of
billboards for sponsored newscasts I can tell you I never saw an extra
dime for that.  However, if you read a live spot then there is a talent
fee involved.   WBZ Radio anchors routinely read live commercials during
their news anchoring shift and preface it by saying "The following is a
commerical message"
