There was an article in the Portsmouth Herald about a group meeting in
Portsmouth, NH at the Stroudwater Books and Cafe to promote and apply for an
LPFM radio station.  They plan to have an open format, where they will play
music, have news and information, and just keep a local flavor to Portsmouth
Radio Listeners.  Article is not online, so I have no link to it.  They said
if they got the license they would broadcast the Prescott Park activities,
and those from the Music Hall.  They would also like to promote Local
Talent.
