NERW 7/7 Lost

Your July 7 NERW may or may not reach you any time soon.  A power failure
at Software Tool & Die shut down the world.std.com ISP this morning as
your editor was preparing to post it, and now the file appears to be 
lost.  I'll try to reconstruct it at some point later this week, but
what with Mrs. NERW starting a new job and all, it's not immediately clear
how much time I'll have.

Watch your mailboxes and it'll either be there or not.  Sorry for the
inconvenience!
