According to Radio Digest, it's going to be called Prime Time Radio and
the format will be a mixture of nostalgic music and talk shows geared to
the senior citizen population in that area.  I think it's a good format
(although yeah...Bob's gonna loose that range he was getting with his 5
watts of Mono AM power when the channel was empty at night, and that
sucks - and not in a good way).  

I don't even think there's a "standards" station in Toronto; is there?
