I imagine they are still doing 9 kw at night.  WWRU's signal in New York
City has dramatically improved on a standard (read low quality radio).
Previously they were unpickupable, now they come in loud and strong.  They
are still IDing as Elizabeth however.  I'd like to know what the deal is
myself.
