RE: unIDed signal on 940 / WINE

        I have to correct myself to say that the format on WINE is no
longer c&w oldies, but sounds like some satellite standards feed. And it's
simulcast with WPUT/1510/Brewster, N.Y. That further suggests to me,
though, that WINE probably does not operate at night at all, as WPUT is a
daytimer. And, yeah, I know. If I paid attention to Northeast Radio Watch,
I'm sure I would have known all this already :).
