unIDed signal on 940 kHz/WINE

The other day someone put up a post saying that a religious format
was heard at night on 940 kHz, I guess interfering with Montreal. The
suggestion was made that it might have been WINE, Brookfield, Conn. But I
don't think that's your suspect. WINE runs a satellite c&w oldies format,
Real Country, I believe. I'm over in Conn. and I've never heard them at
night. I have a 1997 list showing they're licensed for 4 watts at night,
and I'm not sure they even use it.
The 1997 formats list I have from the National Radio Club shows
several possibles with religious formats. One is WADV, Lebanon, Pa., listed
as "religious: AC/gospel," with operation until midnight, and 1 kW day, 5
watts night. And there's WKGM, Smithfield VA, religious, 24 hours, 10 kW
day, non-DA, 3.1 kW night, DA, using a liner "the ministry station."
