LPFMs must broadcast a minimum of 36 hours per week with a minimum of 5
hours per day on six days a week.  Schools are not required to broadcast
Saturday, Sunday or during school vacations or recesses.

Did anyone else notice that full service FMs are protected only to the
70 dBu.  Presently  class B1 is protected to the 57 dBu, class B to the
54 dBu and everyone else to the 60 dBu.  This is a serious change in
protection!!
