Not sure what the law says, but here's some real-world figures from
a real-world non-commercial college-type station...

BMI:  $405.00/year
ASCAP: 231.00/year
SESAC:  82.00/year (last year's figure; could be more this year...)
      ------------
      $718.00/year

Though I have no way of knowing, I suspect it'll be around the
same for the LPFMers...
