AOL/Time Warner Merger

CNN is reporting this morning that its parent company is to merge with America
Online; the all-stock deal is said to be worth more than $80 billion.  The
combined market cap of AOL/Time Warner was $246 billion at last count.

Question:  will this deal make the long-rumored acquisition of NBC more or less
likely?  And will "Beep-Beep" be replaced by "Welcome" when signing on to Road
Runner? :)
