The only nearby station on 90.9 is WMPG in Gorham-Portland, ME, which 
is a fairly low power station and should not be causing you problems.

More likely, your receiver's front end is being overloaded by WRVX, 
92.5, which is coming from that big tower that overshadows much of 
Haverhill.
