WKZE-AM, a 2,500 Watt daytimer in Sharon, CT on 1020 (no PSA or PSSA)
was on the air today promoting a broadcast from 11 pm 12/31 to 1 am 
on 1/1.   The promo suggests that the change from 1999 to Y2K 
is a public emergency that requires their assistance.   Of course,
this is illegal without an official government request, and it is
also illegal to run any commercial matter, but it might make an
interesting DX catch!
