Youngest Radio Station Owner?

Could this be a "way" around ownership limits?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
According to the Untied Press International (UPI):

J-P Engelbrecht (19 years old and a sophomore
at Xavier University, Cincinnati) may soon become
the youngest radio station owner ever.

He has agreed to buy radio stations (WBNL-AM
and WBNL-FM) in Boonville, Indiana - pending
FCC approval.

N.B. His father is president of South Central
Communications Corp. in Evansville, Indiana.

J-P says he'll hire a manager to run his stations
while he finishes his degree in business
management.
