Still, whatever the outcome will be, 
I don't believe Williams, Bell are in this talk
venture for the money or any kind of market share.
They've been in the biz for a while and know what the
odds are. They're not out to get listeners
away from 'RKO,'BZ,'BUR or 'TKK. That would be unrealistic.
The way I see it : this is likely to be Jerry's last dance at the party,
so he's entitled to it, IMO. Whether or not it costs
anything him to get back on the air to have a little 
fun is not really that important at this stage of his
professional career...Heck, if it was that important
1060 would've stayed with the old WRPT(Where REAL People
Talk) calls and handle...

Radio Unica, Mega, CFR, etc. will certainly get
their turn to bid in a year to two years from now,
but now its Jerry's time to mambo...
