No actions...no applications

I have been dutifully checking the actions and 
applications section of www.radiostation.com for a
long time.  Lately, they have been very difficult to
read, and now impossible.  There's been nothing there
for two or three weeks.  Does this have something to
do with the "continuing resolution" mode of budgeting
of the Federal government right now?  Scott's weekly
column may have nothing to report if this keeps up.
Does anybody know a way of getting this info directly
from www.fcc.gov?  I've tried and it's more Kafkaesque
than a Clinton deposition.
