I like the time tone if it occurs during the ID e.g. WBZ <beep> Boston
or when the Announcer says "It's <beep> Ten O'clock.  Sounds 
so "Professional" - so "Accurate".

It sounds grossly out of place during the last spot before the top of the
hour.
so "Unprofessional" - so "Innacurate"
