This sounds remarkably like what they did back when they changed frequency 
and dropped the WOAZ calls.  At the top of the hour the ID sweeper ran with 
the WSJZ jingle and the WSJZ calls followed by the actual legal ID of WKLB 
being whispered by then PD Bill George potted down (by his own admission) 
about 10 db.  WKLB, at the same time waiting for their calls to be moved 
down to 99.5, did much the same thing , though not as obviously.

Have any of our FCC Database hounds noticed any filings about this?
