FM Talk 96.9

FM Talk 96.9, "Stacy Taylor" comes on from San Diego, CA.  His initial
comments were interrupted by the fact that, briefly, CNN was still
potted up from the newscast that preceeded, bringing under a closed
circuit newscall intro.  He announced Jay Severin will be on at 2 p.m.
Taylor also said he was local, however, did not speak to whether
Severin would be (he had fed to WRKO from NYC during his brief 10-mid
tenure.)  Opening topic?  School uniforms.
