        IMO, you need to define "failed." I just read a speech to the
Nebraska Broadcasters Association posted on the web by my old Springfield
radio colleague and now consultant Holland Cooke, the speechmaker, in which
he said that in the recent past owners used to look for 30 percent return,
but now they want more. A format that is dumped isn't necessarily losing
money, although I have no idea whether in this case it has been.
